Job Details

Shift: Monday - Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm with overtime as needed

This role supports Cencora's third-party logistics service in the US through our ICS business.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Hiring, termination, direction, and performance of warehouse associates.
• Overseeing warehouse functions such as receiving, shipping, returns, picking, packing, checking, stocking, order filling, and vault management, including verification and record-keeping of outgoing controlled substances.
• Ensuring safety guidelines are followed.
• Directing workflow, motivating, training, and monitoring associates.
• Monitoring work processes and suggesting improvements for productivity, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Supporting compliance with policies, procedures, safety rules, and DEA regulations.
• Coaching employees for development.
• Supervising receipt of merchandise, ensuring accurate logs.
• Overseeing order fulfillment, including controlled substances.
• Maintaining records of delivery processes and route manifests.
• Interacting with customers to resolve delivery or order issues.
• Ensuring proper packing and record-keeping for incoming and outgoing controlled substances.
• Managing associates' attendance, performance, and overtime.
• Performing related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Broad training in business, administration, or similar fields, typically a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years of related, progressively responsible experience.
• Effective communication, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Leadership and coaching abilities.
• Interpersonal skills and knowledge of warehouse operations.
• Organizational skills and computer proficiency (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Ability to foster teamwork and positive relationships.
• May require proficiency with reach trucks.
• Willingness to work extended hours, participate in physical inventories, and on-call rotations as needed.
