Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, TN is hiring a part-time Warehouse Supervisor. You will assist management in daily operations of the commissary and warehouse, supervise the team, ensure stock levels, and oversee inventory and safety protocols.

The role requires at least 6 months of food and beverage commissary experience, familiarity with Excel or similar systems, and the ability to delegate. Shift coverage includes days, evenings, events, holidays, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months food and beverage commissary or related experience.
• Experience with Excel or similar database management software.
• Ability to delegate and coach others.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read and interpret deliveries and purchases.
• No college degree required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise commissary team, including assigning duties, training, coaching, and counseling.
• Ensure proper stock of food and beverage products.
• Oversee inventory control, including receiving shipments, disposing of outdated material, cycle counting.
• Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of storage areas, passageways, elevators, and work areas.
• Oversee the proper closing of assigned area.
• Enforce company policies and safety regulations.
• Initiate and organize procedures to set standards for the warehouse.

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a part-time Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will assist management in carrying out daily operations of the commissary and warehouse department.

$21.00 – $21.00 / hour

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver up to 165 pounds
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting and reaching, during the entire length of shift
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment where temperatures may range from cold to hot depending on the season
