I. Job Profile

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Department: Logistics-transportation

Direct Supervisor: Shipping Manager

Direct Subordinates: All warehouse employees

III. Job Functions and Duties

Representative Duties:

1. Lead warehouse shippers and keepers to complete assignments from management.
2. Responsible for loading/unloading finished glass/material storage, conscientiously implementing material management procedures and rules.
3. Handle finished glass/material receiving, shipping, storage, and inventory management; collect and evaluate issues for monthly cycle counting.
4. Monitor storage quality, manage environment, inspections, expired/nonconforming products, and implement FIFO system.
5. Ensure implementation of 5S, environment, and fire safety standards in the warehouse.
6. Manage and control shipping of finished materials, improve inventory accuracy and efficiency.
7. Repack and prepare assembly production one shift in advance.
8. Perform other duties as assigned; management may reassign duties at any time.

IV. Qualifications

Language Skills: English and Mandarin; ability to read, understand safety and operational documents; effective speaking and interaction skills.

Experience: At least 1 year in manufacturing or related training; preferred.

Education: High School Diploma or GED.

Physical Conditions: Ability to stand long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and pass static strength requirements.

Visual Acuity: Near and far acuity, depth perception, color vision, and field of vision.

Safety Equipment: Safety glasses, hearing protection, steel-toed boots.

Skills: Mathematical, reasoning, computer skills, warehouse management principles, quality management systems, 5S, project management, problem-solving, planning, organization, communication, and responsibility.

V. Training & Environment

Training in glass manufacturing, logistics management, and work environment includes a bright, ventilated office and a clean, spacious factory with moderate noise levels.
