Job summary

iRiS Recruiting Solutions seeks a Warehouse Supervisor II for the 2nd shift in Marion, IN to lead a high-volume distribution operation and ensure safe, productive performance.

You will oversee receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping, coach staff, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with leadership on hiring and continuous improvement. Relocation assistance is available; compensation up to $75,000.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of high-volume inbound and outbound distribution operations.
• Automated distribution center experience is a plus.
