Warehouse Supervisor

Automation Personnel Services is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a growing telecommunications and network infrastructure distributor in Marietta, GA. Pay Rate

$26.00 – $28.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule and Hours

Monday through Friday, Full-Time

Warehouse Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
• Assign work, monitor productivity, and ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Train, coach, and support warehouse associates while enforcing company policies and safety standards.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, organization initiatives, and process improvements.
• Provide hands-on support as needed and resolve operational challenges to keep workflow running efficiently.

Warehouse Supervisor Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; 3+ years of warehouse/distribution experience with previous supervisory experience.
• Experience with inventory management, shipping/receiving, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Forklift experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications are preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and maintain high safety standards.
