Job summary

Northeastern Supply, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to support daily operations, ensure safety, and manage a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will oversee order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and compliance with DOT/OSHA rules while driving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 3–5 years of warehouse experience with 1–2 years in supervision; strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communicator; works well with a wide range of people.
• Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of company products, DOT rules, and Microsoft Office/warehouse management software.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs., stand for up to 8 hours daily, and work at heights up to 28 feet.
• Overtime availability on weekdays or weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with managers to cover all personnel needs daily and expedite orders.
• Review zone and product space requirements and make recommendations.
• Take responsibility for inventory accuracy.
• Propose personnel and equipment needs; facilitate maintenance of lifting and cleaning equipment.
• Ensure DOT paperwork is completed daily and accurately.
• Monitor safety and procedures within the warehouse setting; implement safety initiatives.
• S afely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as required in compliance with OSHA guidelines.
• Provide leadership and direction to employees daily.
• Assist in the training, hiring, and termination process of personnel.
• Follow all company policies and the Employee Handbook.
• Adhere to the rules and regulations set forth in the Employee Handbook.
• Other duties as assigned.
