You will manage inventory, utilize warehouse management systems, enforce OSHA safety guidelines, and coordinate with drivers to pull and ship orders. The role requires high school diploma, 2–3 years in shipping/receiving, and a commitment to reliability.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years’ experience in shipping and receiving.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret visual instructions.
• Proficiency with material handling equipment and small parcel metering.
• Knowledge of shipping/receiving in a distribution environment with applicable regulations.
• Experience following safety protocols and delivering quality service.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Internet usage.
• Must pass a completely negative pre-employment drug test.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations and lead the team in the absence of the Warehouse Manager.

• Lead safety program and ensure OSHA standards are met daily.
• Supervise pulling and shipping activities for accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure next-day delivery orders are completed on time.
• Assist with printing paperwork, order pulling, and shipping as needed.
• Pull, check, and load cigarette orders with drivers.
• Support inventory processes, including counts and organization.
• Ensure warehouse is secured and alarms set at shift end.
• Assist with CVS audits and compliance requirements.

Position Overview

Supports warehouse operations by overseeing daily activities, assisting with inventory, and timely processing of orders. Helps maintain a secure and safe warehouse environment and supervises staff to meet scheduled delivery and efficiency goals.

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, leading team in absence of Warehouse Manager.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and orders
• Safety program leader ensure safety standards are met daily and follow OSHA guidelines.
• Supervises pulling and shipping activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure that all orders scheduled for next-day delivery are completed on time.
• Assist with printing paperwork, order pulling and shipping as needed.
• Pull, check, and load cigarette orders with drivers.
• Support inventory processes, including counts and organization.
• Ensure warehouse is properly secured and alarmed at the end of shifts.
• Assist with CVS audits and compliance requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 2-3 years’ experience in shipping and receiving
• Supervisory experience
• Ability to read, interpret and use visual instructions in order to perform required work
• Proficiency at using material handling equipment and metering small parcels
• Thorough knowledge of shipping and receiving in a distribution environment, including any pertinent DOT, state, and local regulations
• Demonstrated ability to consistently follow safety protocols, maintain quality standards, and deliver customer-focused service.
• Proficient in computer skills, i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet usage
• Must pass with a completely negative result a pre-employment drug test.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday & weekends when required
• 8 Hour Shift
• Reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
• Standing and walking for extended periods of time, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Work is performed in a distribution warehouse environment.
