SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Worker in Honolulu, HI to support warehouse maintenance, shipping and receiving, and inventory organization. You will prepare orders, load/unload trucks, and help with delivery setup while upholding safety standards.

The role requires 0-1 years of related experience and a High School Diploma or GED. On-site work with opportunities for overtime and benefits are offered.

Position Purpose:

The primary function of the Warehouse Worker is to be responsible for warehouse maintenance, shipping and receiving, product storage, inventory organization, and delivery preparation activities while supporting safe and efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct Manager/Direct Reports:

Reports to the department manager. No direct reports.

Travel Requirements:

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position approximately 50% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including steel-toed boots, as required.

Working Conditions:

Constantly works in a warehouse environment. Regular exposure to warehouse equipment, moving machinery, noise, dust, and varying temperatures. Frequent material handling and interaction with inventory, equipment, and delivery vehicles.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to safely load, unload, move, and stock materials.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate information accurately.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate basic warehouse equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forklift experience preferred.
• Experience in construction, building materials, delivery, or a related industry preferred.
• Familiarity with material handling and inventory storage practices preferred.

Minimum Education:

High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Education:

High School Diploma preferred.

Minimum Years of Work Experience:

0-1 years of experience in warehouse, material handling, delivery, construction, or a related field.

The base salary for this position typically falls within the range of $18.00 to $21.79 per hour. Starting wage may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position being offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. SRS Distribution offers additional competitive and non-financial benefits. Hourly associates may be eligible for overtime based on business needs. Depending on the role, associates may also be eligible for performance-based bonus programs, commissions, car allowance or automobile and fuel program, and reimbursement for travel expenses in accordance with company travel policy.
