Job summary

SAELENS LLC in Johnson Creek, WI, seeks a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations at the Johnson Creek manufacturing facility. You will oversee shipping, receiving, material handling, truck scheduling, inventory accuracy, and daily supervision of warehouse staff.

The role emphasizes 5S, safety, and delivering accurate shipments on time while coordinating with various departments. Primarily first shift with some flexibility for other shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; additional education in supply chain or logistics preferred.
• 5+ years in warehouse/shipping/receiving or material-handling in manufacturing.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience coordinating carriers, truck schedules, inbound/outbound shipments.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, cycle counting and material flow.
• Experience using ERP or WMS; Epicor experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse using 5S and continuous-improvement practices.
• Track warehouse performance: on-time shipping, accuracy, inventory, and receiving turnaround.

Warehouse Supervisor - Johnson Creek

Schedule: Primarily first shift, with flexibility to support other shifts and occasional weekends

Reports To: Director of Supply Chain

Pay Range: $28.00–$34.00 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse operations at our Johnson Creek manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for shipping, receiving, material handling, truck scheduling, inventory accuracy, and the daily leadership of warehouse employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily shipping, receiving, storage, staging, and material-handling activities.
• Lead, train, schedule, and develop shipping, receiving, and material-handling employees.

Requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in supply chain, logistics, or business preferred.
• Five or more years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material-handling experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least two years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience coordinating carriers, truck schedules, and inbound and outbound shipments.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, cycle counting, and material flow.
• Experience using an ERP or warehouse-management system; Epicor experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred.

Working Conditions

• Requires frequent time on the warehouse and production floors.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Requires appropriate personal protective equipment, including safety glasses and steel-toed shoes.
