Job summary

Coleto Brands, parent Company of Progress Lighting and Kichler, seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to join the Jefferson, GA team. This full-time exempt role runs Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, with possible extra hours to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of warehouse or distribution center experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience with SAP, WMS, and MS Office; Lean/5S or CI knowledge preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

• Plan and allocate labor resources based on demand and priorities.
• Supervise, coach, train, and develop warehouse associates to improve performance.

This is a full-time, salaried exempt position with a typical schedule of Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, though additional hours may be required to support business needs. This individual will lead daily warehouse operations while driving safety, productivity, quality, and employee engagement. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead daily shift meetings and direct warehouse operations to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and service objectives.
• Plan and allocate labor resources based on business demands, staffing levels, and operational priorities.
• Supervise, coach, train, and develop warehouse associates while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped on time while maintaining inventory accuracy and cost efficiency.
• Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs), including productivity, quality, safety, attendance, inventory accuracy, and on-time shipment performance
• Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and safe work practices.
• Prepare reports and analyze operational metrics to support business decisions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of warehouse or distribution center experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, including industrial equipment operation, order picking, packing, and receiving methodologies.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems (SAP preferred), and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or Continuous Improvement methodologies preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
