Coleto Brands is seeking a DC Customer Service Representative for Progress Lighting – Jefferson, GA, 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30PM), Monday through Friday, overtime as needed. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, customer-focused, and highly organized.

Qualifications

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven time management skills; overtime as needed to meet deadlines.
• Excel experience and SAP WMS knowledge preferred.
• High attention to detail.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• At least 2 years of distribution experience in warehousing, shipping and receiving.

Responsibilities

• Generate, distribute and track daily operational reports to support the Operations team.
• Coordinate with Customer Service Managers & Supervisors to resolve transportation and shipment issues, while maintaining daily communication with customer service teams to address order-related inquiries.
• Support the maintenance of a safe and secure shipping office environment for both associates and visitors.
• Ensure the shipping office remains a clean, organized, and safe workspace for all team members.
• Manage open order tracking, repick workflows, and expedited order reporting to support timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Generate, distribute and track daily operational reports to support the Operations team.

Qualifications

Skills and Experience:

• Computer experience in Microsoft Excel is desired
• Knowledge of SAP WMS preferred

• Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision

• A minimum of (2) years of distribution experience in warehousing, shipping and receiving processes, procedures and systems
