Job Overview:

Warehouse Supervisor - North Houston, TX

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of workers that involve ordering, picking, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and parts in a small to mid-sized warehouse or yard.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday - Friday
• 7:00 PM - finished
• Flexibility to work weekends as needed

Position Responsibilities

• Coordinate and evaluate warehouse activities.
• Implement policies related to picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• Train and evaluate warehouse staff.
• Maintain inventory levels and control product loss.
• Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile shipments.
• Manage warehouse team within labor and budget constraints.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA and FDA standards.
• Ensure proper maintenance and inspection of equipment like forklifts and fleet trucks.
