Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of up to 20 employees in a fast-paced, high-volume facility. You will drive inbound/outbound operations, safety, quality, and productivity while developing staff and building a strong team culture.

• 2 years warehouse supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Manage inbound/outbound shipments and organize merchandise, maintain warehouse inventory.
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources while tracking time and production records.
• Track warehouse activities including sales, record control, and purchasing to ensure product availability.
• Ensure accidents are investigated according to company procedures.
• Work with machinery and material-handling equipment; resolve employee issues; perform assigned projects.

Includes potential overtime on weekends.Supervise the operations and responsibilities of the warehouse team and designated facility.
