Total Site Solutions (TSS), Georgetown, TX., is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor. The Warehouse Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate handling of inventory and shipments. This position is responsible for managing a team of warehouse associates, coordinating workflow, and maintaining compliance with company policies and safety regulations. The Warehouse Supervisor ensures that all incoming and outgoing goods are processed timely and accurately, supporting overall supply chain effectiveness. This role requires proactive problem‑solving to address operational challenges and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse processes. Ultimately, the Warehouse Supervisor contributes to the seamless functioning of the warehouse, supporting customer satisfaction and business growth.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems and basic computer skills.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control and shipping/receiving procedures.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required by warehouse duties.
Preferred Qualifications
