The Warehouse Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate handling of inventory and shipments. This position is responsible for managing a team of warehouse associates, coordinating workflow, and maintaining compliance with company policies and safety regulations. The Warehouse Supervisor ensures that all incoming and outgoing goods are processed timely and accurately, supporting overall supply chain effectiveness. This role requires proactive problem‑solving to address operational challenges and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse processes. Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
