Job summary

Domino’s is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Garner, NC to support supervision and coordination of all warehouse operations. The role focuses on safety, cost control, and leadership of the team, including training new staff and handling customer service concerns.

You will work 12am–8am, Sunday through Thursday, starting at $67,000 plus bonus and comprehensive benefits. Candidates should have forklift certification, OSHA knowledge, and 2–3 years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 2–3 years of warehouse or production experience; supervisory experience desirable.
• Forklift certification required; SAP experience is a plus; familiarity with 5S/Kaizen helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Warehouse Team Leader in all aspects of warehouse operations.
• Recruit and interview new team members and assign tasks according to schedules.
• Coordinate tasks to receive, store, and load goods while maintaining safety and cost controls.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with quarterly counts and annual inventories.
• Prepare weekly loading schedules for receiving, warehouse and related departments.
• Fill in for warehouse team members as needed to meet goals.

Day Position 12am- 8am, Sun- Thurs

Starting at $67,000 + Bonus

The Warehouse Supervisor will assist the Warehouse Manager with the supervision and coordination of all aspects of warehouse operations. Effectively and efficiently handle customer service complaints and concerns. Train new team member in job duties. Comfort level working in a diverse, fast-paced environment. Follow company guidelines and company operational policies.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

(80%) Assist the Warehouse Team Leader in all aspects of warehouse operations

Leadership

• Recruit and interview new team members
• Keep Warehouse Team Leader informed of potential problems
• Attend and participate in annual Leadership & Development training sessions
• Assign job tasks according to shipping schedules
• Coordinate team member tasks and responsibilities to receive, store, and load food product and support goods in accordance with established company standards and procedures and within budgeted guidelines, while controlling cost
• Ensure a safe and positive work environment in compliance with OSHA, company standards, local state, and federal requirements
• Utilize and train team members on handheld scanner to perform all functions: pick, sort, pack, receive, stock, etc.
• Maintain positive customer relationships

Reporting

• Assist in compiling daily key indicators
• Accurately complete all necessary paperwork

Warehouse Inventory Planning

• Maintain inventory control through effective warehouse methods
• Assist team leader with quarterly counting and/or annual physical inventories using solo chain system reports, inventory software in order to ensure inventory accuracy
• Create weekly loading schedule for receiving, warehouse and ICL departments.

Warehouse Operations

• Review load sheet and verify accuracy of assembled load
• Make recommendations to Team Leader on operational procedures for verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling, and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current
• Assist team leader with being always audit and 5s ready
• Perform other duties as assigned by Team Leader and/or Director

(20%) As needed, fills in for Warehouse team member and performs tasks necessary to meet warehouse goals

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, some college with equivalent work experience, 2-year degree preferred
• 2-3 years of warehouse, manufacturing or production experience
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience
• Must have and maintain forklift certification
• SAP experience is a PLUS
• Thorough knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control
• Basic understanding of 5S and Kaizen
• Must successfully pass a background checks every third year on your anniversary date
• Solid knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office software

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. on occasion, perform heavy pushing/pulling of product, work in refrigerated conditions [33-38 degrees], and work in environment with exposure to loud machinery, when necessary
• Must be able to work around yeast and flour
