Job summary

Domino’s Corporate in Georgia seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to assist the Warehouse Manager in all operations. You’ll lead a fast-paced team, handle customer service issues, train new staff, and ensure safety and accuracy throughout shifts Monday through Friday, 11am–9pm.

Starting compensation ranges from $75,000 to $80,000. Responsibilities include recruiting, scheduling, inventory control, and adherence to company policies while maintaining positive customer relations.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED, some college with equivalent work experience, 2-year degree preferred.
2-3 years of warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience.
2-3 years of supervisory experience.
Must have and maintain forklift certification.
Thorough knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
Background checks every third year on your anniversary date.
Solid knowledge of OSHA regulations.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

Recruit and interview new team members.
Keep Warehouse Team Leader informed of potential problems.
Attend Leadership & Development training sessions.
Assign tasks according to shipping schedules.
Coordinate tasks to receive, store, and load food products and support goods within budgeted guidelines.
Ensure a safe and positive work environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
Train team members on handheld scanners to perform all functions.
Maintain positive customer relationships.
Assist in compiling daily key indicators and complete necessary paperwork.
Maintain inventory control and assist with quarterly counts and annual physical inventories.
Create weekly loading schedules for receiving, warehouse and department teams.
Review load sheets and verify accuracy of shipments; propose procedural improvements.
Assist team leader to stay audit and 5S ready.
Fill in for warehouse team members as needed.

Schedule: M - F 11am - 9pm. On Friday, This Supervisor will work open to close.

Starting Comp at $75,000 - $80,000.

The Warehouse Supervisor will assist the Warehouse Manager with the supervision and coordination of all aspects of warehouse operations. Effectively and efficiently handle customer service complaints and concerns. Train new team member in job duties. Comfort level working in a diverse, fast-paced environment. Follow company guidelines and company operational policies.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Leadership:

Recruit and interview new team members

Keep Warehouse Team Leader informed of potential problems

Attend and participate in annual Leadership & Development training sessions

Assign job tasks according to shipping schedules

Coordinate team member tasks and responsibilities to receive, store, and load food product and support goods in accordance with established company standards and procedures and within budgeted guidelines, while controlling cost

Ensure a safe and positive work environment in compliance with OSHA, company standards, local state, and federal requirements

Utilize and train team member on handheld scanner to perform all functions: pick, sort, pack, receive, stock, etc.

Maintain positive customer relationships

Reporting:

Assist in compiling daily key indicators

Accurately complete all necessary paperwork

Warehouse Inventory Planning:

Maintain inventory control through effective warehouse methods

Assist team leader with quarterly counting and/or annual physical inventories using solo chain system reports, inventory software in order to ensure inventory accuracy

Create weekly loading schedule for receiving, warehouse and ICL departments.

Warehouse Operations:

Review load sheet and verify accuracy of assembled load

Make recommendations to Team Leader on operational procedures for verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling, and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current

Assist team leader with being always audit and 5s ready

Perform other duties as assigned by Team Leader and/or Director

As needed, fills in for Warehouse team member and performs tasks necessary to meet warehouse goals

Qualifications

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. on occasion, perform heavy pushing/pulling of product, work in refrigerated conditions [33-38 degrees], and work in environment with exposure to loud machinery, when necessary
