Job summary

Imperial Brady in Franklin, MA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to support the Warehouse Manager and lead the warehouse team to meet distribution standards. The role operates Monday–Friday from 2:00 PM until finish, with a salary range of $65,000–$70,000 and a broad benefits package.

The candidate will plan daily activities, forecast staffing and volume needs, monitor building conditions, and enforce safety.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the distribution industry.
• Working knowledge of government regulations regarding warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership and engagement skills.
• Experience implementing process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate the daily activities for the warehouse within shipping operations
• Effectively forecast volume, staffing, and supply needs to meet productivity and expense budgets
• Walk the warehouse to ensure building conditions are maintained
• Identify potential safety hazards and correct them as necessary
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with the warehouse team and supply chain
• Develop productive associates through training and coaching
• Perform other duties as assigned, including special projects

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Warehouse Manager and supervising the warehouse team members to ensure that all functions are performed efficiently within the company and distribution center standards.

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 2:00pm-finish.

Salary range: $65,000-$70,000
