Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate the daily activities for the warehouse within shipping operations
• Forecast volume, staffing, and supply needs to meet productivity and expense budgets
• Walk the warehouse to ensure building conditions are maintained
• Identify potential safety hazards and correct them as necessary
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with the warehouse team and supply chain
• Develop productive associates through training and coaching
• Perform other duties as assigned, including special projects

Work Environment & Compensation

The schedule for this position is Sunday-Friday 1:00pm-finish (subject to change based on business needs). The salary range is $65,000-$70,000.
