• Ensure a safe working environment through consistent practice of safety programs and procedures.

• Conduct regular 5S audits to maintain high standards and proactively address improvement areas.

• Monitor and correct at-risk behaviors, recognize, and reward positive behaviors.

• Comply with safety standards and safe operating practices for PIT equipment.

• Submit complete and accurate incident reports, identifying root causes and corrective actions promptly for safety and quality incidents.

• Select, train, and assign staff to specific job roles.

• Manage performance to meet productivity and organizational objectives.

• Maintain and implement plans to uphold productivity, safety, quality, cost control, and employee morale; recognize and reward efforts supporting these plans.

• Develop improvement plans during focal review processes.

• Review individual performance at least twice yearly against focal plans.

• Initiate disciplinary actions promptly when needed.

• Manage and control daily operations for assigned groups or areas.

• Implement and evaluate operational policies, procedures, and practices.

• Verify process compliance through work audits.

• Analyze and report volumetric data to support labor planning decisions.
