Job summary

MasVida Health Care Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations for DME and oxygen-related products. You will lead a team of Warehouse Technicians, ensuring proper receiving, cleaning, staging, and inventory control in a safe, compliant environment.

You will train and coach staff, monitor safety standards, maintain documentation, and coordinate with delivery teams. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and familiarity with FDA/DOT/OSHA

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience in healthcare operations.
• 1+ year of supervisory or lead experience in a warehouse environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse safety, cleaning protocols, and medical equipment handling.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, staging, cleaning, inventory, and order fulfillment.
• Lead, train, and coach a team of Warehouse Technicians to ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety.
• Ensure all returned medical equipment is cleaned, tested, and restocked per FDA and company protocols.
• Oversee inventory management, cycle counts, and ensure accurate system documentation.
• Coordinate with delivery/logistics teams for timely route staging and dispatch readiness.
• Monitor oxygen storage and handling to comply with FDA and DOT requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Inspect equipment and supplies and report repairs or replenishment needs.
• Assist with hiring, scheduling, and performance reviews of warehouse staff.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and internal policies.
• Partner with Branch Operations Manager on continuous improvement initiatives and KPIs.

Job description

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant handling of medical equipment and supplies. This role leads a team of Warehouse Technicians, ensuring the proper receiving, cleaning, staging, and inventory control of durable medical equipment (DME) and oxygen-related products. The Warehouse Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining facility readiness, supporting delivery operations, and ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, staging, cleaning, inventory, and order fulfillment
• Lead, train, and coach a team of Warehouse Technicians to ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety standards are met
• Ensure all returned medical equipment is properly cleaned, tested, and restocked per FDA and company protocols
• Oversee inventory management, cycle counts, and ensure accurate system documentation
• Coordinate closely with delivery/logistics teams to ensure timely route staging and dispatch readiness
• Monitor oxygen storage and handling compliance per FDA and DOT requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Inspect equipment and supplies regularly and report repair, maintenance, or replenishment needs
• Assist with hiring, scheduling, and performance reviews of warehouse staff
• Ensure all warehouse activities are in compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and internal company policies
• Partner with Branch Operations Manager on continuous improvement initiatives and operational KPIs

QUALIFICATIONS & KEY COMPETENCIES

• 3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, preferably in DME or healthcare-related operations
• 1+ year of supervisory or lead experience in a warehouse environment
• Strong knowledge of warehouse safety, cleaning protocols, and medical equipment handling
• Experience with inventory systems, scanning tools, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 75 lbs; comfortable in a fast-paced, physically active role
• Familiarity with FDA, DOT, and OSHA guidelines related to healthcare logistics
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain
• High school diploma or equivalent required
