Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and returns. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced distribution setting.

You will supervise staff, ensure compliance with policies and DEA regulations, manage documentation, and coordinate with shipping and customers to resolve issues. Strong leadership, organization, and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related fields.
• Minimum of two years of progressive warehouse supervisory experience.
• Effective communication, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Basic mathematical and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety protocols.
• Proficiency with computers, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate equipment such as reach trucks (proficiency preferred).
• Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends and physical inventory.
