Job summary

Dawn Foods is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee order selection, shipping, loading, and daily warehouse operations. You will enforce sanitation practices, manage labor plans, and ensure documentation and equipment are ready for delivery.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 4 years in warehouse roles, strong communication skills, and experience with forklift operation and SAP/WMS. This role is on-site and validates Dawn Values in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• 4 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment strongly preferred (knowledge of warehouse operations; JBA system and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) helpful).
• Requires strong oral, written, and communication skills.
• Must be able to handle many diversified tasks at one time and correctly prioritize conflicting, time-sensitive tasks.
• Requires the ability to safely operate a forklift and other heavy warehouse equipment.
• Computer skills required.
• Experience with SAP preferred.

Shift Schedule: Day shift, with the working schedule of Monday- Friday from 6:00 am - 3:00 pm; weekends may be required based on business needs.

Job Purpose And Overview

The Warehouse Supervisor at Dawn Foods is responsible for overseeing order selection pulling and loading responsibilities. Daily operations of the warehouse, including freight, shipping and receiving, returns and transfers. Labor requirement planning and adherence to budgeted guidelines. Review and enforcement of sanitation practices. Securing the facility at the completion of shifts.

Compensation

The base salary for this position is $68,700-$105,800 with bonus eligibility.
