Job summary

Dawn Foods Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our Denver Manufacturing Plant. This onsite role oversees order selection, shipping, loading, and daily warehouse operations including freight, receiving, returns, and transfers.

You will plan labor needs, enforce sanitation, and ensure facility security after shifts. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 4 years in a warehouse setting, and strong communication skills, with SAP/WMS experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4 years of warehouse or distribution experience preferred; knowledge of warehouse operations.
• Strong oral, written, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle many tasks simultaneously and prioritize.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift and other heavy equipment.
• Experience with SAP preferred.

Shift Schedule: Day shift, with the working schedule of Monday- Friday from 6:00 am - 3:00 pm; weekends may be required based on business needs.

Job Purpose and Overview

The Warehouse Supervisor at Dawn Foods is responsible for overseeing order selection pulling and loading responsibilities. Daily operations of the warehouse, including freight, shipping and receiving, returns and transfers. Labor requirement planning and adherence to budgeted guidelines. Review and enforcement of sanitation practices. Securing the facility at the completion of shifts.

What Does It Take to be a Warehouse Supervisor at Dawn Foods?

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• 4 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment strongly preferred (i.e. knowledge of warehouse operations; JBA system and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) helpful.
• Requires strong oral, written, and communication skills
• Must be able to handle many diversified tasks at one time and correctly prioritize conflicting, time-sensitive tasks
• Requires the ability to safely operate a forklift and other heavy warehouse equipment
• Experience with SAP preferred

Compensation

The base salary for this position is $68,700-$105,800 with bonus eligibility.
