YOUR ROLE

Are you known for your leadership skills? Passionate about coordinating logistics activities? Interested in night shifts? This role involves overseeing warehouse floor activities and ensuring efficient operations.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Develop and provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
• Plan daily work schedules by reviewing work orders, arrival notices, and customer instructions.
• Assess priorities based on urgency and resources.
• Assign duties to warehouse staff.
• Train new staff or delegate training to experienced specialists.
• Assign supervisory tasks to experienced leads.
• Monitor progress on issues and communicate daily with the operations manager.
• Hold regular team meetings.
• Supervise and control all departmental activities.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and address employee performance issues promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED, four years related experience, supervisory experience, valid driver’s license, forklift certification, ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience, three years industry experience.
• Skills include reading, analysis, report writing, effective communication, PC proficiency, problem analysis, and organizational leadership.
• Characteristics include demonstrated leadership, customer focus, stress management, punctuality, and fluency in English.
