SERVPRO is seeking a dependable Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse staff, inventory, and equipment for restoration projects. You will organize, inspect, and maintain tools, vehicles, trailers, and materials to support daily operations.

Requirements include 2+ years in relevant fields, leadership experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Compensation ranges $17.00–$20.00 per hour with benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years in warehouse, inventory, construction, restoration, or related fields.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain records.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct warehouse personnel daily.
• Maintain an organized, safe warehouse and yard.
• Track inventory and manage tool/equipment checkout and return.
• Coordinate staging, loading, delivery, and pickup of materials and equipment.
• Monitor supply levels and submit repair/restocking requests.
• Maintain accurate inventory, vehicle, equipment, and maintenance records.
• Support after-hours and emergency response.

We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse staff, inventory, equipment, and daily operations. This position ensures tools, vehicles, trailers, and materials are organized, maintained, and ready to support restoration projects.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and provide daily direction to warehouse personnel.
• Maintain an organized, clean, secure, and safe warehouse and yard.
• Track inventory and oversee the checkout and return of tools and equipment.
• Ensure equipment is cleaned, inspected, maintained, and ready for use.Coordinate the staging, loading, delivery, and pickup of project materials and equipment.
• Monitor supply levels and submit repair, replacement, and restocking requests.
• Maintain accurate inventory, vehicle, equipment, and maintenance records.
• Support occasional after-hours and emergency response needs.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of warehouse, inventory, construction, restoration, or related experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and work in indoor and outdoor conditions.

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
