SERVPRO of Beverly Hills/Westwood is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and equipment maintenance so our field teams are ready to respond quickly and deliver exceptional service. This full-time, on-site role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to safety.

You’ll supervise the warehouse, coordinate fleet readiness, and support field crews with supplies and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Warehouse Operations: maintain organized, clean, and efficient warehouse, yard, and storage areas.
• Manage Inventory: track equipment and consumables, oversee shipping and receiving, ensure crews have supplies.
• Support Fleet Readiness: coordinate vehicle maintenance and ensure company vehicles are clean and operational.
• Maintain Equipment: inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and track restoration equipment to maximize uptime.
• Drive Safety & Compliance: enforce warehouse safety procedures and PPE usage.
• Support Operations: assist field teams with equipment deliveries and site support.

The Role: Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive, hands-on leader to manage daily warehouse operations and ensure our teams have the equipment, materials, and resources needed to succeed. This role oversees inventory control, fleet coordination, facility upkeep, and safety compliance while helping maintain the operational readiness that drives our business forward.

What You'll Do

• Drive Safety & Compliance: Enforce warehouse safety procedures, maintain a safe work environment, and ensure proper use of equipment and PPE.
• Support Operations: Assist field teams with equipment deliveries, job site support, and other operational needs as required.

Who We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

• Warehouse Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, or a related leadership role.
• Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment and vehicles.
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Communication Skills: Ability to work effectively with technicians, supervisors, vendors, and management.
• Valid Driver’s License: Clean driving record and reliable transportation required.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a warehouse environment.
• Leadership Mindset: Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to maintaining high operational standards.
