• Analyze metrics and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency, service levels, and cost.

Hours: This position supports third-shift schedule: T-Fri 12:15 AM - 6:15AM and Friday 5:45PM to 11:45PM, with flexibility required to cover overtime during the week based on business needs.

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading and optimizing warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate movement, storage, and distribution of materials and finished goods. This role oversees inventory management, receiving, storage, order fulfilment, shipping, and logistics activities while driving operational excellence, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Warehouse Supervisor provides both strategic and hands-on leadership, ensuring high levels of customer service, inventory accuracy, productivity, and cost efficiency. This position plays a critical role in supporting business objectives through effective warehouse management, team development, and cross-functional collaboration.

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, not required. Equivalent experience and skills can be substituted for education
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a Warehouse or Distribution environment with at least 2 of these years in a leadership role (leading teams of 15+).
• Strong understanding of material logistics processes, inventory accuracy/systems, and production/order requirements.
• Experience with ERP & WMS systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred) preferred)
• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, DMAIC).
• Experience supporting audits, compliance programs, and operational standardization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
