Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required or equivalent
  • 5+ years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Lean manufacturing experience preferred
  • Kinaxis hands-on experience preferred
  • Experience with data management software a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage upstream supply chain to balance customer service and inventory performance
  • Collaborate with suppliers to improve upstream flexibility and responsiveness
  • Optimize internal supply chain strategies to minimize logistics costs
  • Manage Master Production Schedule to fulfill customer orders
  • Update material master parameters and replenishment strategies monthly
  • Design and implement upstream and downstream flows
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and conduct cycle counting
  • Lead Warehouse staff to meet company objectives
  • Implement Lean Warehouse Architecture across material storage
  • Coordinate Master Production Plan aligned to SIOP strategy
  • Set and release vendor forecasts and manage supply-demand gaps

Job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing our upstream and downstream supply chain processes, enhancing supplier relationships, and ensuring efficient inventory management. What will you do?
  • Manage the upstream supply chain to ensure both optimal customer service levels and optimal inventory performance
  • Work with suppliers to improve the flexibility and the responsiveness of the upstream supply chain. Manage Supplier performance
  • Optimize internal supply chain strategies to minimize logistic costs and align with internal Material delivery process principles
  • Manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to ensure the fulfillment of customer orders in accordance with the Commercial Logistics Offer. Work with manufacturing to ensure that there are sufficient resources to fulfill customer demand
  • Ensure monthly updates of material master parameters and replenishment strategies such as RLT, MOQ, stocking policy max stock, etc
  • Design and implement the upstream and downstream flows
  • Ensure inventory accuracy, execute cycle counting actions; ensure parts storage safely and properly
  • Manage a team of Warehouse staff to achieve company objectives
  • Implement Lean Warehouse Architecture practices for all material storage in the facility
  • Animate the Master Production Plan by analyzing needs and achievements and aligning to SIOP strategy
  • Set and release the vendor forecast and to manage the gap between forecast the real supply demand
What qualification will make successfully in this position?
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics or related discipline required
  • 5+ years supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Manufacturing experinece preferred.
  • Kinaxis hands on experience preferred.
  • Lean manufacturing experience.
  • Experience with Data Management Software.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 117,600 - USD 176,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
