The ideal candidate brings 4+ years in warehousing logistics with supervisory exposure, plus proficiency in MS Office and relevant tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of logistics experience in a warehousing environment.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics tools.
• Lean/Six Sigma and project management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
• Ensure error-free order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Motivate and coach a team to meet productivity and performance goals.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery and material handling processes.
• Manage maintenance of warehouse equipment, fleet, and facilities.
• Develop and uphold safety programs, adhering to OSHA and DOT regulations.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate based on the position requirements and market data.
