BlueLinx Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in Charleston, SC. You will manage receiving, storage, and shipping while driving inventory accuracy and safety standards. A results-driven leader will optimize workflows and build a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of logistics experience in a warehousing environment with supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant logistics tools.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping.
• Ensure error-free order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and safety compliance.
• Motivate and coach a team to meet productivity and performance goals.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery and material handling processes.
• Manage maintenance of warehouse equipment, fleet, and facilities.
• Develop and uphold safety programs in line with OSHA and DOT regulations.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate based on the position requirements and market data. Actual compensation will depend on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and other job‑related considerations.
