Medline Carteret, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe, accurate and efficient receiving, storage, and shipping of supplies for nationwide healthcare delivery.

You will manage a team of warehouse professionals, coach for safety and performance, and work with customer service to resolve issues while maintaining productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree a plus.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• At least 3 years of warehouse experience; ability to lift 50 lbs and operate standard warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee daily warehouse operations including processing, packaging and storage of supplies and equipment.
• Oversee receipt, storage and shipment of materials with accurate reporting and inventory control.
