Acro Service Corp. in Michigan is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of warehouse staff, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are met in daily operations.

You will coach hourly employees, address performance concerns, and drive continuous improvement using Quality Network and Workplace Organization (5S/WPO) practices while keeping payroll data accurate and compliant with local regulations. The role requires flexible shifts and occasional weekend work.

Formación

• Must have high school diploma with 1–2 years of technical or business school training.
• Training in skilled trades area or equivalent technical training.
• Knowledge of scheduling and other management systems is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee warehouse employees to meet safety, quality, productivity and responsiveness goals.
• Counsel and support hourly staff with needs or concerns.
• Address performance behaviors by reinforcing positives and correcting negatives.
• Use Quality Network problem solving to address opportunities and engage the workforce.
• Apply Workplace Organization (WPO) to improve layouts and efficiency.
• Update daily Timekeeping System to ensure payroll data accuracy.
• Document problem solving with A-3 format and follow guidelines.
• Conduct daily meetings to discuss performance and gather feedback from staff.
• Perform weekly safety observation tours across departments.
• Plan daily workloads and support colleagues to optimize shift performance.
• Observe contractual requirements (National and Local).
• Perform daily SOP audit checks.

Shift:-

Flexible to work in any shifts and sometimes during weekends as well.

Job Responsibilities:

• The main function of a warehouse supervisor is to oversee warehouse employees in order to meet business objectives for assigned departments regarding safety, quality productivity, responsiveness, and more.
• Counsel and support hourly employees with needs/concerns as required.
• Address performance behaviors by commending those that are positives and discouraging those that are negative.
• Uses Quality Network problem solving process to address opportunities within area and engage work force for ideas.
• Apply Workplace Organization (WPO) process to improve layouts and efficiency.
• Perform daily Timekeeping System (TKS) updating to ensure accurate processing of payroll data.
• Use A-3 reporting format to document problem solving activities and observe local A-3 guidelines.
• Conduct daily meetings to communicate business performance and have two-way discussions with employees.
• Perform and document weekly safety observation tours of departments.
• Plan daily workloads in advance.
• Support colleagues to optimize shift performance.
• Observe contractual requirements (National and Local).
• Perform daily SOP audit checks.
• Advance skills through Individual Development Plan (IDP) process.
• Keep General Supervisor Shop Committee apprised of all pending activities.
