Job summary

Brookshire-based TMD Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, assign work, monitor productivity, and coach department leads in a fast-paced environment in the Brookshire, TX 77423 area.

Responsibilities include coordinating inbound, repack, putaway, inventory, picking, replenishment, and shipping teams; ensuring safety procedures, and tracking KPIs while reporting to the Warehouse Manager. Weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Strong people-management and leadership abilities.
• Good understanding of warehouse workflows and KPIs.
• Experience managing multiple departments or operational functions.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and RF scanners is preferred.
