Job summary

Frederick Fox LLC in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a proactive Warehouse Supervisor (Cold Chain & Automation) to lead daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and team development at our on-site facility. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, you will manage a growing team, oversee receiving, shipping, and cold-storage inventory with AS/RS where applicable.

The role emphasizes FEFO/FIFO rotation, lot-code tracking, and maintaining ERP-driven inventory accuracy while ensuring safety

Qualifications

• 4 years in warehouse operations with 2 years supervising team members.
• Hands-on experience creating and running cycle count programs and managing lot-coded/expiration-tracked inventory
• Solid understanding of production Bills of Materials (BOMs) and inventory control within an ERP/WMS platform
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop warehouse operators and logistics clerks; scale the team as plant production expands.
• Create and execute the cycle counting program; maintain real-time inventory accuracy within the ERP system.
• Oversee raw material receiving, BOM staging, finished goods put-away, and outbound shipments.
• Manage temperature-controlled inventory with FEFO/FIFO rotation and AS/RS if applicable.
• Enforce PIT safety, OSHA standards, GMPs, and food safety protocols.

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and team development at our manufacturing facility in Bethlehem, PA. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, you will directly manage a growing team, lead daily receiving and shipping, oversee cold-storage inventory, and build out foundational SOPs to support continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and develop warehouse operators and logistics clerks; scale the team as plant production expands.
• Inventory & Systems Control: Create and execute the cycle counting program; maintain real-time inventory accuracy within our ERP system.
• Production Support & Logistics: Oversee raw material receiving, ingredient staging against Bills of Materials (BOMs), finished goods put-away, and outbound customer shipments.
• Cold Storage & AS/RS Management: Manage temperature-controlled inventory (coolers/freezers), enforcing strict FEFO/FIFO rotation, lot-code tracking, and automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS).
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce powered industrial truck (PIT) safety, OSHA standards, GMPs, cold-chain integrity, and food safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4 years in warehouse operations with 2 years supervising team members.
• Inventory Expertise: Hands-on experience creating and running cycle count programs and managing lot-coded/expiration-tracked inventory
• Process Knowledge: Solid understanding of production Bills of Materials (BOMs) and inventory control within an ERP/WMS platform
• Technical & Equipment: Experience operating forklifts pallet jacks
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cold-chain / temperature-controlled food manufacturing (FDA/USDA environment).
• Familiarity with automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS) or major ERP systems (e.g., Sage X3).
• Forklift Trainer Certification or OSHA 10-hour General Industry card.
• Multilingual skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, or Spanish are a plus.
