Job summary

iRiS Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to own a busy distribution operation in Berkeley, MO. You will lead from the floor, guide daily activities, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time orders.

You’ll use your WMS experience to spot issues, coach frontline associates, and partner with leadership on staffing and priorities, driving productivity and continuous improvement across shifts. This role offers hands-on leadership, visibility across the operation, and opportunities
