Ground Force Worldwide is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a 12-person team on the shop floor, directing material flow and warehouse operations to support production and customer demand.

You will oversee shipping/receiving, inventory accuracy, and ERP/WMS usage, while enforcing safety policies and continuous process improvement across the facility.

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with internal departments and external carriers
• Enforce safety policies, housekeeping standards, and proper use of equipment
• Monitor and improve warehouse processes for efficiency, cost control, and service levels
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and system transactions (ERP/WMS)
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to inventory, shipping, or receiving
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the materials and warehouse functions

Ground Force dba TowHaul has an opening for a Warehouse Supervisor.Qualified candidates will be leading the daily execution of material and warehouse management processes to fully support safe, efficient, and reliable production operations. This role will provide a strong, visible presence of leadership on the shop floor throughout TowHaul & partners cross functionally to ensure material readiness, inventory accuracy, and effective material flow in alignment with corporate objectives. The materials supervisor plays a key role in supporting increased production and overall increased throughput initiatives by proactively identifying and removing material constraints and any other constraints related to overall warehouse operations & logistics, while staying focused on inventory health, including the prevention and reduction of excess and obsolete inventory.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of 12 warehouse employees, including scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management
