Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a warehouse supervisor to oversee receivers and ensure compliance with company policies and laws. The role involves coordinating with purchasing, accounts payable, wardrobe, sales, HR, casino, and other functions to streamline operations.

The candidate will train staff, assign work, address issues, and maintain accurate inventory records while overseeing material handling and forklift operations.

Qualifications

• Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises warehouse receivers and ensures compliance with policies and applicable laws.
• Verifies incoming and outgoing shipments according to procedures.
• Maintains current warehouse inventory and records.
• Inspects the physical condition of warehouse and materials.
• Coordinates with department heads to align warehouse activities with other functions.
• Trains employees, assigns and directs work, addresses complaints and resolves problems.
• Unloads deliveries, operates pallet jacks, platform carts, dollies, and forklift.
• Other duties as assigned.

Essential Job Functions

• Follows operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments;
• Handling and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current;
• Inspects physical condition of warehouse and materials;
• Consults with department heads to ensure coordination of warehouse activities with activities of other functions such as purchasing, accounts payable, wardrobe, sales, human resources, casino, etc.;
• Training employees, planning, assigning and directing work, addressing complaints and resolving problems;
• Maintain inventory records;
• Unloads delivery trucks, climbs ladders, operates pallet jacks, platform carts, dollies, and forklift.
• Other duties as assigned.
