Job summary

Artemis is seeking two Warehouse Supervisors for our flagship distribution center in PA. You will lead day and swing shift teams, drive safety, quality, and performance, and ensure exceptional service for multiple customers in a high-velocity environment.

You will coach a team of 20+ associates, manage receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control, and use WMS and RF scanning to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in warehouse/logistics.
• Experience supervising 20+ associates.
• Strong knowledge of receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Experience with WMS and RF/barcode scanning technology.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site and commit to day or swing shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates to meet productivity goals.
• Oversee daily activities including receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Monitor labor productivity and KPIs, driving continuous improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and SOPs.
• Utilize WMS and RF scanning to maintain accuracy.
• Collaborate with inventory, transportation, customer service, and operations to meet customer expectations.
• Manage staffing priorities, workflow balancing, and labor allocation.

Position Overview

We are seeking two Warehouse Supervisors to provide hands-on leadership across day and swing shift operations within a large-scale distribution center. This role is responsible for leading warehouse associates, driving operational performance, ensuring safety and quality standards, and delivering exceptional customer service in a high-velocity environment.

The ideal candidate is an energetic leader who thrives on the warehouse floor, enjoys coaching teams, and has experience managing productivity, inventory accuracy, and daily warehouse operations within a distribution or 3PL environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates and team leads to achieve operational and productivity goals.
• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, and cycle counting.
• Monitor labor productivity and key performance indicators while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company operating procedures.
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanning technology to maintain operational accuracy.
• Partner with inventory, transportation, customer service, and operations teams to resolve issues and meet customer expectations.
• Manage staffing priorities, workflow balancing, and labor allocation in a fast-paced environment.
• Support employee engagement, coaching, performance management, and ongoing development.
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, audits, and process discipline.
• Foster a culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Must Haves

• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience within a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
• Experience leading warehouse teams of approximately 20 or more associates.
• Strong knowledge of receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, cycle counting, and warehouse operations.
• Experience utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF/barcode scanning technology.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite and commit to either day or swing shift.

Nice Haves

• Third-party logistics (3PL) experience.
• Experience within retail, e-commerce, consumer products, or large distribution center operations.
• Experience operating or training on material handling equipment, including reach trucks, stand-up forklifts, and order pickers.
