Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Bakersfield to lead a productive warehouse team, oversee inbound/outbound operations, and ensure accurate inventory and safe handling of equipment. The role runs Monday–Friday with potential overtime, starting pay at $25/hour and varies by experience.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, and developing staff, maintaining space efficiency and cleanliness, conducting cycle counts, and upholding safety and security across the facility.

Qualifications

• A strong background in Warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory is required.
• 1-2 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
• Material Handling Equipment Certification and a valid Class CDL is a plus
• Proficiency in OSHA and DOT regulations
• Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities
• Great communication skills and the ability and desire to lead a team

Ferguson is currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team!

Position Details

Schedule | Monday - Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm plus overtime as needed.

Pay Rate | Starting at $25/hour and may be higher based on experience.

Pay Range

$17.14 - $37.24

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
