Job summary

Flex is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Austin, TX. The role oversees shipping, receiving, and distribution, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and inventory control for product flow on a daily basis.

The position requires typically a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience and about two years in shipping or related work within a service environment. Strong data entry and office software skills are expected, with a Monday–Friday schedule and some Saturdays as rotation.

• Maintains files on all equipment. Conducts routine and periodic inventory counts on warehouse
• Accountable for ordering necessary equipment.
• Ensures sites are adequately and routinely stocked.
• Ensures warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat and safe manner.
• Accountable for the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse

To support our extraordinary teams who build and support products movement and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor located in Austin, TX.

The Warehouse Supervisor would be accountable for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records supporting the regular shift.

Shift Hours : 7:00 am – 3:30 pm CST (M-F and some Saturdays rotational)

What a typical day looks like:

• Oversees the shipping, receiving and distribution of goods.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires 2 years of experience working for a service industry shipping or related field.
• Office Skills: telephones, data entry, office software to includes processing, spreadsheets, presentation package and database systems.
