Job summary

Euclid Beverage, LLC is seeking a 2nd shift forklift operator in Galesburg, IL. This labor-intensive role runs 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, loading pallets onto delivery trucks and rotating inventory.

You will operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts, manually pick cases, and unload pallets. Candidates should have warehouse experience; RF computer familiarity is a plus; overtime may be required.

Job Summary: This is a labor-intensive 2nd-shift (2:00 pm to 10:30 pm) position in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for loading pallets of products using a sit-down and stand-up forklift onto delivery trucks. You will have access to the latest technology to help you achieve our delivery goals.

Essential Functions:

• Operates stand-up and sit-down forklift.
• Manually picks cases of barrels for transport.
• Loads and unloads delivery trucks and rotates inventory.
• Unloads pallet-sized beer

Required Education and Experience:

• Previous experience working in a warehouse and operating motorized sit-down and stand-up forklifts and other warehouse equipment is a plus.
• Previous experience with RF computers preferred.
• Able to work required shift hours, including overtime, as needed.
• Scheduled Attendance is required.

Physical Requirements:

• Stacking duties require bending down on the floor level to lift beer cases weighing up to 20 pounds, 1/4 and 1/2 barrels, when full, up to 160 pounds, and empty, 20 pounds.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Must be able to load and unload packages.
• This position requires physical labor.
