Job description

Nesco Resource is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for a client in Anderson, SC. This is a direct hire opportunity on 1st shift. Apply with us online or in person today!

Duties:

· Basic working knowledge of purchasing policies, processes and procedures.

· Complete knowledge of warehouse and inventory control policies and procedures.

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

· Work in the department as a team member to achieve production, quality, cycle time and cost standards. Assist in achieving individual department team goals.

· Perform the required team job functions needed to move, load, unload, or inventory raw materials.

· Effectively loads and checks each load per customer orders. Completes shipping reports as necessary.

· Inspects necessary equipment each shift and completes required inspection reports and submits to management. Reports any issues with equipment to appropriate department personnel.

· Recommend or initiate corrective actions as required by equipment malfunctions.

· May require heavy lifting. Also, a reasonable amount of overtime is required.

· Maintain a clean, orderly, safe work area and perform other work as directed.

· Operate company vehicles to transport materials to other locations. Perform pre-trip inspections as needed.

· Ability to use computers to complete maintenance work orders, research information needed to repair equipment, and order parts as needed is preferred.

Pay: $28.00-$34.00, DOE
