Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program at a community college or university (e.g., Agriculture, Supply Chain Management, Business, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move heavy items as required.
• Interest in the seed industry and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming seed shipments.
• Help maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
• Support the picking, packing, and shipping of orders to customers.
• Participate in warehouse organization and cleanliness initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse processes and improve efficiency.
• Learn and adhere to safety protocols and procedures.

Position Overview: The Warehouse Work-Study Student Assistant supports daily warehouse operations, including inventory handling, order preparation, and general organization.
