Job summary

Kroger Great Lakes Distribution Center in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Stocker to sign into stocking assignments, open products safely, and place stock in correct locations. The role emphasizes accuracy in inventory counts and adherence to Kroger's core values such as respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

You will identify restock needs, move cases to slots, cut cases open, maintain paperwork, and keep pace with production rates.

Qualifications

• Previous knowledge of order selection.
• Basic knowledge of chain store system.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently or in groups/teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify which items in the module picking area are in need of restocking.
• Move cases of merchandise to slot to be restocked
• Cut cases open and restock
• Maintain paperwork
• The worker must maintain a work pace sufficient to meet established production rates.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
