Job summary

Kroger Great Lakes Distribution Center in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a team member to operate power lift equipment and support efficient warehouse flows. The role emphasizes safety and adherence to Kroger's core values, including respect, honesty, integrity, and inclusion.

You will move product from receiving to storage, replenish locations, load trailers, and retrieve store orders. Must be able to work weekends and overtime; training for equipment is provided.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED plus one year experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
• Ability to apply common sense to follow detailed but uncomplicated written or oral instructions.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Ability to work weekends and overtime.
• Ability to operate hand truck, pallet jack, and power lift equipment (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Use power lift equipment to move product from receiving areas to storage locations and replenish order selection locations; load trailers.
• Place incoming merchandise in correct warehouse locations and reposition as needed.
• Separate and move pallets as required.
• Retrieve merchandise orders by stores.
