Job summary

Kroger Great Lakes Distribution Center is seeking an inventory control specialist to reconcile, verify, and audit stock within the Phoenix distribution site. You will research discrepancies, respond to inquiries from internal teams, and ensure accurate product location and flow from receiving to shipping.

The role requires high school education or equivalent, excellent systems proficiency, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

Experience with multiple computer systems and adaptability to new technology.
Understanding of product flow from entry to departure at a distribution center.
Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory processes.
Strong customer service skills for internal/external inquiries.

Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries from management, supervision, buyers, stores, vendors and trucking companies on inventory within site.
Reconcile product listed in systems with actual stock at the site.
Research accounting questions on purchase orders, invoices and product receipts.
Prepare handbills for stores when products are returned to the distribution center.
Perform essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation.
