Job summary

Capital Electric, part of the Sonepar group, is hiring a Warehouse Stocker Associate in Maryland to manage pallets and support fast-paced logistics. You’ll sort, inspect, and move skids using forklifts, maintaining safety and organization across the warehouse.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years forklift experience, and ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Work hours 6:30AM–3:15PM, Monday through Friday, with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience driving reach truck forklift.
• Able to work 6:30AM–3:15PM Monday to Friday.
• Lift up to 70 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic math and reading skills for order verification.
• Familiarity with electrical products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Physically sorting: stacking, separating, and organizing pallets (skids) by condition, type, or destination.
• Material handling: using sit-down or diesel forklifts to move heavy skids across floor or into trucks.
• Quality inspection: visually checking pallets for damage and separating those needing repair.
• Area organization: keeping a clean, safe workspace with clear aisles and storage zones.
