Resourceful Talent Group client is seeking a dependable Warehouse Stock Associate to join their team in Downtown Miami. This full-time, hands-on role involves loading and unloading, inventory handling, pallet preparation, and general warehouse duties.

Ideal candidates have warehouse or general labor experience, are comfortable with physical work, and value a stable opportunity with room to grow. Spanish-speaking preferred and able to pass pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Spanish-speaking preferred.
• Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Reliable and dependable attendance.
• Comfortable with physical work, including lifting, bending, and climbing.
• Able to work in varying weather conditions.
• Available to work extended hours when needed.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to meet pre-employment screening requirements.
