Resourceful Talent Group is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate in Miami, FL for a hands-on, full-time role focused on loading and unloading, inventory handling, pallet preparation, and general warehouse duties. The ideal candidate is comfortable with physical work, reliable attendance, and has experience in warehouse or general labor.

Spanish-speaking preferred; forklift experience is a plus. Must be able to commute to Little Havana and pass pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Spanish-speaking preferred.
• Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Reliable and dependable attendance.
• Comfortable with physical work, including lifting, bending, and climbing.
• Able to work in varying weather conditions.
• Available to work extended hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and deliveries
• Receive and inspect incoming inventory
• Organize, label, and store warehouse stock
• Prepare and wrap pallets for shipment
• Use handheld scanners to process and track inventory
• Assist with general warehouse and material‑handling tasks
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
