Job summary

Procare Home Medical is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient distribution and timely provision of equipment to patients.

You will lead inventory controls, shipping, receiving, dispatch, and fleet management, while hiring, training, and evaluating staff to meet department goals. The role offers competitive pay and benefits in Anchorage.

Qualifications

• Five years of HME/DME knowledge (Preferred)
• Two years of inventory, warehouse, DME, or medical experience (Required)
• Two years’ management (Required)

• Delegate to staff, utilizing their skills effectively

Join our team as a Warehouse Manager and play a key role in keeping our distribution of operations running efficiently and ensuring our patients receive the equipment they need.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to oversight of day-to-day warehouse operations including Inventory Management, Inventory Controls, Shipping, Receiving, Dispatch, Warehousing, Equipment Servicing and Repair, Fleet management.

Essential Tasks:

Lead the daily management of the department ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of operations

Analyze and incorporate effective workflow and process steps and ensure consistent application of those processes.

Effectively and appropriately delegate to staff, utilizing their skills effectively.

Hire, train and evaluate warehouse staff to meet the goals of the department.

Qualifications:

Physical Demands:
